What is Clictoc?
Clictoc is a unique web based MOT booking and reminder system that allows drivers to specify the exact date and time they wish to book their vehicle in for its MOT test. Once logged in, drivers can quickly and easily connect directly with our booking diary and specify an available date and time.
Once registered we will automatically remind you for free 30 days before your MOT is due each year. You can also specify other key dates for your vehicle such as next service due, insurance and road tax renewall and you will be reminded about these for free also.
For multi-vehicle owners you can add up to 3 vehicles per account and a full MOT history will be kept on each vehicle.
Is there a charge?
Registration and use of the system is free. You will also not be charged for text message or email reminders sent to you.
What exactly do I get?
Drivers can sign up for a free Clictoc account with Clictoc Demo Site and assign up to three vehicles. Key dates such as your MOT due date, Insurance renewal and next service can be added and we will remind you free by SMS or Email when these dates are approaching. You can then book your MOT online directly using our live booking diary, allowing you to specify an available date and time and have it confirmed with just a few mouse clicks. You will then be notified by SMS or Email as to the status of the test, and provided with a full online MOT history.
Can fleets or trade accounts use the system?
Yes. If you have a fleet of vehicles or want to set up a trade account with us then Clictoc can also be used to manage those vehicles. As a fleet or trade customer you can add as many vehicles to your account as you like and receive updates and reminders in the same way as a retail customer would. You can also very quickly see which of your vehicles are due for MOT and book them in up to 60 days in advance.
I need to change or cancel my booking. Can I do this online?
Yes. You may amend or cancel your booking online at any time, however we would ask you to give notice and we reserve the right to make a charge for late cancellations. Please read our terms and conditions for full details.
